This hotel is great, and has excellent wi-fi, laundry services, and 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff kindly assisted with my elderly parents on my first visit. Always great service makes me keep coming back for my business trips.

Plenty of food items served for enjoyable and excellent breakfast. The room was fairly quiet and bright, it included a refrigerator, tea/coffee making equipment, and a dining area. The location was marvellous next to the main tourist attractions and the atmosphere was family.

The rooftop terrace offers fine views during sunset.
We faced ongoing issues with weak Wi-Fi connectivity throughout our stay, which caused significant frustration. The housekeeping service was abysmal. Our floor was not cleaned properly, leading to discomfort, particularly for those with dust allergies. The pillows in our room were excessively firm, preventing us from getting a good night's sleep.

I could hardly believe the disarray . The breakfast was laughably weak, almost like a last-minute effort. The stairs are outrageously steep. A simple upgrade to an accessible room would've been nice. I was definitely expecting an upgrade, but no, i just received the usual treatment. I almost gave a good review, but alas.

A birthday surprise at the hotel
The terrace offered amazing views, and the breakfast spread was a delicious start to our mornings.
The balcony furniture could use an upgrade to match the overall charm of the hotel. It's also a bit of a walk from the train station, slightly complicating trips to explore further.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the family room with street views, everything was brand-new. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a mini-bar, a sofa bed and central heating. The breakfast was delicious and excellent and had plenty of food: D
